Submission Guidelines

Full-length plays that have not had productions in the U.S. are preferred but one-acts will be considered.  We are currently unable to consider musicals.

All scripts must be submitted in English

Due to the volume of plays we receive, one script submission per author will be considered; if more than one script is sent, neither will be considered.

If your work was presented in hotINK 2009, we ask that you kindly wait until next year to submit a play.

In addition to the play, all submissions must include:
contact information
a writing resume/CV
a brief synopsis of the play
a character list and brief description of roles
for U.S. playwrights: a submission reading fee of $10, payable by check or money order.  Checks should be made out to TSOA Department of Drama.  Should this fee present a hardship, please contact Festival Director Catherine Coray to request a waiver.  cc19@nyu.edu

Please note that we are unable to consider any submissions
that do not include all the above materials.
