Cladirea este vizibila din zona Obor, partial de pe strazile Halmeu, Vaporul lui Assan, Reinvierii, Lizeanu, Banitei, dar si de pe Soseaua Stefan cel Mare.&lt;br /&gt;De-a lungul timpului, moara cu abur de la Obor a fost botezata de locuitorii Bucurestiului sub diverse forme: Moara lui Assan, Moara cu valturi, Moara de foc sau Vaporul lui Assan. Inca de la demararea constructiei, la jumatatea secolului al XIX-lea, cladirea a iesit in evidenta atat datorita dimensiunilor, cat si dotarilor, care pentru acea data erau deosebite. Autoritatile locale de la acea vreme au stopat, pentru o perioada, constructia unui cos a carui inaltime a fost considerata neobisnuit de mare, lucrarile fiind reluate dupa plata de catre proprietari a unei taxe compensatorii. In anul 1906, cladirea morii a fost extinsa, corpului principal fiindu-i atasat un orologiu, devenit pentru locuitorii din zona Colentina-Obor un punct de reper. Moara a fost proprietatea negustorilor George Assan si Ioan Martinovici.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description>

Ca sa-i putem indentifica pe cei pe care &amp;icirc;i cautam nu avem prea multe alte metode, &amp;icirc;n afara celei care ne permite constatarea ca folosim aceleasi cuvinte, ca ne pasioneaza aceleasi teme, ca respingem lucruri similare. Trei sunt sursele diferentierii : valorile la care ne referim si proiectul pentru care ne angajam si cautam tovarasi sau camarazi, metodele pe care le &amp;icirc;ntrebuintam pentru atingerea scopurilor astfel definite.&lt;br /&gt;C&amp;acirc;teva situatii recente ca si altele mai vechi, traite odinioara cu pasiune si speranta, ma fac sa fiu circumspect, mai mult dec&amp;acirc;t circumspect, suspicios. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
