Tema: liberă, la alegerea participanţilor

Condiţii de participare: Sunt invitaţi să participe artişti din toată lumea. Participarea este gratuită. Toate tehnicile de grafică multiplicabilă sunt admise. Monotipurile şi fotocopiile nu vor fi acceptate. Se pot trimite maximum două (2) lucrări imprimate pe hârtie, executate în perioada 2011-2013. Fiecare lucrare trebuie semnată, numerotată şi datată.

Dimensiuni minime 21x30cm, maxime 50x70 cm (dimensiunile hârtiei). Lucrările se vor trimite prin poştă, bine ambalate, fără ramă, passepartout sau sticlă cu specificaţia imprimate fără valoare comercială. Fiecare artist va completa formularul de participare, , în română sau engleză. Datele din formular vor fi folosite la redactarea catalogului. Prin semnarea formularului fiecare artist acceptă necondiţionat regulamentul. Etichetele, se colează pe spatele lucrărilor.

Termenul de predare: 1 iunie 2013, data poştei.

BIENALA „IOSIF ISER“ 2013, ediţia a X-a
Juriul: va fi alcătuit din critici de artă, artişti plastici şi reprezentanţi ai autorităţilor locale
Organizatorii îşi rezervă dreptul de a expune, reproduce şi publica lucrările participante la expoziţie cu scopuri promoţionale. Se va edita un catalog care va fi trimis fiecărui artist participant la expoziţie.

Lucrările nedonate vor fi returnate în maximum 6 luni de la închiderea expoziţiei. Costul trimiterilor este suportat de participanţi, iar costul returnării de către organizatori.
Organizatorii nu-şi asumă răspunderea pentru deteriorarea sau pierderea lucrărilor în timpul transportului. Participanţii sunt rugaţi să doneze lucrări pentru îmbogăţirea patrimoniului Muzeului Judeţean de Artă Prahova „Ion Ionescu-Quintus“.
Lucrările premiate rămân în proprietatea organizatorilor.
Nerespectarea condiţiilor regulamentului duce la eliminarea artistului din concurs.

Rules of the "Iosif Iser" International Contemporary Print Biennial

Awards: Prizes will be awarded by "Ion Ionescu-Quintus" Prahova County Art Museum and other organizing institutions.
Theme: free, at participants' choice
Participation requirements: Artists all over the world are invited to take part. Participation is free of charge. All multipliable printmaking techniques are accepted. Monotypes
and photocopies will not be accepted. Each author may submit a maximum of 2 (two) prints on paper. Works must be recent (2011-2013). Paper sizes should be minimum 21x30 cm,
maximum 50x70 cm. Each work must be dated, signed and numbered. The works should be properly packed, without glass or frame, and posted with the mention "prints without
commercial value". Each artist will have to fill in the participation . The data contained in the form will be used for
catalogue editing purposes. By signing the form, each artist agrees to comply with the rules unconditionally. Labels, filled out legibly, will be pasted to the back of each work.
Delivery deadline: 1 of June 2013, date of the postal stamp.

BIENALA "IOSIF ISER" 2013, The 10th Edition

The Award Committee will consist of art critics, plastic artists and representatives of the local authorities.
The organizers reserve the right to exhibit, reproduce and use any entry for publicity and promotion purposes. A catalogue of the exhibition will be printed and each participating
artist will receive a free copy.
Works that have not been donated will be returned within 6 months from exhibition closure. Postage costs will be covered by participants upon submission of the works, and by
the organizers upon return of the works.
The organizers will not be held responsible for the damage or loss of works during shipping.
Participants are kindly requested to donate works for the enrichment of the patrimony held by the "Ion Ionescu-Quintus" Prahova County Art Museum.
The awarded works will remain in the property of the Organizers.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in the artist being eliminated from the contest.
Sent items that do not observe the requested dimensions will not be returned.
